Honda- i was thinking about it some more and since i am just outside of Detroit i think i would be more worried about the looters instead of the zombies

That would be your first mistake, zombies are priority #1, secondly with widespread panic in a bigger city..people are going to be getting their shit ruined left and right. Put some thought into your answer man..you would really just let your ass get stomped by some zombies?

The truth of the matter is, the more you know, (or think you know) about zombies the quicker you die. So if you watched any amount of zombie movies you know this. That is the irony of a zombie attack. And chances are, if you are interested in this thread you have seen every zombie movie and thus wouldnt make it past the first "15 minutes of the movie".

I myself would hjsut play video games and movie into a walmart if possible, tho that might be a ideal place for a zombie infestation too.

lets just say we are very well prepared for a zombie outbreak...our headquarter of choice..WAL-MART

they got everything

People seem to think wal-mart would be a good plan, so how many people do you think would get there first?...Seems kinda like a risky move to me.

My education is practically every Zombie movie ever made. I also have knowlege of weapons, explosives, chainsaws...

For those noobies to Zombie killing...cut, knock, or blow off the head (the one above the shoulders) in any way possible without getting bitten or infected and you should be okay.

BTW, Jack Bauer...no biting the Zombies like you did to that guy a little while back. You do that with any Zombie and you better be ready for some double-barrel seperation anxiety, short-lived.

And remember those of us who survive get to rebuild the human race.

thats why we rush to wal-mart packing chains and guns....when we get there we blast some rounds in the air and tell everybody to back off while we chain down the doors..whoever stays inside is welcomed to stay and try to survive..the rest can eat it cuz they're to busy screaming and running like fucking idiots

oh...and speaking of zombies..check this out --> http://65.127.124.62/south_asia/4483241.stm.htm

@Honda- Zombies are slow, looters thugs and crackheads are much faster and they roam in packs around here

Well its all cleared up then, you dont even think you could survive the dude stealing your tv, let alone zombies. (which i mentioned had speeds ranging from average to reasonably fast)

@Bender, its a pretty reasonable plan, guns and supplies and stuff. All im saying is there might be too much room for internal conflict..In theory though, if it was just yourself and a few friends..maybe a couple others, all would be well as long as there was a controlling force(you and friends). But if zombies attacked on a saturday afternoon shit inside a wal-mart would be insane to say the least.

If there was someone with me, I'd freaking defend them at all costs.

If I was alone...

I would go sit in a bathtub or restroom stall crying like a schoolgirl.

I would try to get to the Winchester Arms pub....oh wait, that was Shaun of the dead

I have a 12 gauge shotgun, but only a few shells, and a S&W 40 caliber handgun with 2 boxes of ammo. I would not want to stay at home due to the windows, so if the packs weren't so thick as to be totally clogging the streets I would try to get in my car, and get somewhere more secure.

I guess I would want to get to my brothers house as he also has guns and ammo plus a big Dodge 4x4 (the better to mow down packs of zombie scum.)

I would want to get to a building with few windows, such as a warehouse, loading dock, etc.

I'd definitely survive. All I need is a single 76cm (30in) blade.

John - he plays football on sundays and most people think he's gay

John sounds like a fine chap to have for a zombie attack.

Here are my Stats - (Plus Gaming Credentials.) :p

Physical Stats: 27 years old, 6ft, 225 lbs, 42 inch chest 16 inch biceps. with a belly like a trucker, lol no lie Somewhat decent physical condition. Pretty good physical strength.

weakness: running more than a mile at a time.. just get winded easy. Oh yeah, and a I a m a perv... that is a big weakness in the movies.

Training: I go to the Gun Range on the regular. I like 45 cal semi automatics. I am the master at loading magazines and reload too. My gun skills are my biggest strength next to mental ability (below) CPR certified (outdated registration, but then again what has changed in 5 yrs?) I play tons of Zombie Games, (including but not limited to All Flesh Must be Eaten, Zombies (the board game), and all of the world of darkness tittles.) Cook, baking skills

Vehicle: 2002 Mercuray Sable , 2003 GMC Jimmy Complete with Car seat for Child.

Mental Abiltiy: Good SAT scores, good IQ, resourceful, and calm. But my mental ability is also a weakness because I am smart, but have a loud mouth (plus I am a dickhead) So that puts me on the short list for survival. But I am also a father, so that puts me on the hero track to make a Heroic Sacrifice

Social: Dickhead, manipulative, loud, good with women (women like jerks, what can i say)

Location: Myrtle Beach South Carolina. The REDNECK Riveara. Everyone has guns, you are aloud to pack heat in your cars glove compartment without a permit. On the ocean so I think we have are packs to a safe area, but it is a big tourist area so "zombie-ism could be easily introduced.)

As for Wal-Marts: 6 within a 30 min drive. one just 2 mins away and the others are all 10 mins plus.

Ocupation: Kinkos- doesnt do anything for me except knowledge aspect, but i do know everyone who is anyone in the bussiness world in my town.

I have a wife and a child (who is almost 5 months old) My father in law is a hero to me. He is a real life saving man, so i am sure he would show up in my Zombie scenario

equipment: Baby stuff (dry milk), knives, Gun x2 40cal and 22. extra ammo , 2 vehicles. Food. I actualy have lots of can food i never eat. and i am a baker/ cook by trade (just dont do it for a living anymore) Flashlights (batteries), Water, laptop (you never know), cell phone. Nintendo DS My 35 mm camera- cause i am a geek.

That is all i can think of that I could have going for me. Are these religous type Zombies that are effected by scripture, or vampirism or scientific?

My plan is to make it to the rural areas, and travel from town to town for supplies. Stealth is king, and that is why I would need is a blade. Guns, explosives, and weapons that create a lot of noise are terrible choices for anything but controlled and isolated situations. I would work my way slowly through areas, only taking down zombies as necessary (quick slice through the spinal cord).
