More rain last night, not much can make me happier....

Level represents the amount of participation within the community so it's pretty much the same as the title but there is no maximum I think so you'll always be able to level up

Pretty much a "like" button. It give 0.5 credits if someone find your post awesome. That way people regularly contributing in the forums regularly win credits instead of just getting 1 when someone vote his thread 5 stars.
It's also a common feedback feature in forums nowadays
