I can't confirm the menstruation thing, its just something that I read once. The same article/questions suggested that quite a few women experience this creamy substance during penetration...one woman suggested that it was more likely to happen with a bigger penis or dildo than a smaller one. I can confirm that it also happens without penetration, although I seem to be more the exception than the rule. I wouldn't say that this substance has any direct impact on my orgasm, its no more or less intense because of it. Its more like, if I have a particularly intense orgasm, the fluid is more likely to make an appearance.
