yeah its winter food time again tommorow i'm going to make "boerenkool" ( farmers cabbage ) a dutch dish consisting of mashed potatoes and Kale (also called Borecole) ussually served with a smoked sausage and bacon, mustard is the optional condiment used with this dish,

Last night I made a chuck roast with carrots and mashed potatoes. Of course, gravy to go with!
Tonight, however, I am faced with a dilemma. The kids will be having left overs because Meat will be home late. I have mild italian sausage and boneless chicken in the fridge. Can anyone give ME an idea for dinner for two based on that?????
