Ok, I need to get to the lounge more often. First of all, you guys have some really awesome pics in here. I live in Wyoming and have traveled just about all of the western US over the years. I'll try not to overdo the normal tourist spots (there will be a few from Yellowstone though). I'm not a pro, but have been doing outdoor photography for a lot of years. So let's see what I can add to the mix.
First off a few from Yellowstone.
Just a couple more Yellowstone.
Here's a couple from Utah. The Goosenecks of the San Juan River and a view from along I-70. More later. If there's someplace out this way you've heard of, let me know. I may have a shot or two.
Well, let's do a few waterfalls for those fans. Deception Falls in Washington and from the Columbia River Gorge Multnomah and Horsetail Falls.
You take great photos frodo!
Clearwater Falls central Oregon, Videa Falls in Crater Lake National Park, Oregon, and Fremont Falls in Capitol Reef National Park, Utah.
Thanks, I never fly anywhere. Like to take the highway and see what there is to see.
Lower Falls of the Yellowstone, another view of Moose Falls and an unnamed one from Rocky Mountain National Park.
I like to take rural routes everywhere for the same reason.
This thread comes from me retracing my steps that I didn't have a camera and wished I did.
Polalie Falls near Mt. Hood, Oregon and Shoshone Falls, Idaho.
Sounds like a great reason for a thread. I'll try adding a few more tomorrow from a few well off the beaten path places.
Let's continue on through the west.
2 of Castle Mtn. near Hanksville, Utah and 1 from Escalante Grand Staircase National Monument.
