Im on expenses today so i think Shaved vegetable salad with reblochon beignet, avocado salsa, the main course being Seared duck, fondant potato and roast shallot diable sauce, and Spiced poached pear with warm chocolate fudge sauce as desert.

Yeah. They're a nice little surprise when you don't tell the people you're serving that they're stuffed.
All you do is make your normal meatball mixture and cut small mozzarella chunks (about 3/4 inch cubes)
When you grab your usual amount of meat to make the balls, just flatten it out a bit, make a dent with your thumb and put a little minced garlic and one of the cheese cubes in the depression. Then fold the meat around it and roll like you normally would. Then cook the finished meatballs in a 350* oven for about 20 minutes, put them in the sauce on the stove and simmer for at least an hour. Voila! Stuffed meatballs. Very yummy.

Oh, tonight I'm making beef and broccoli. I'm cheating. Using a sun-bird seasoning mix. In my defense, I do use water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. I do NOT put carrots in it.

Tonight I made the family Brinner. Eggs, Bacon, Toast and Waffles with whipped cream, strawberries and bananas on top.
