Two things I have 1st) money is tight I have been a sponsor member before and plan on being a Sponsor again as soon as I get back in the blue... 2nd) I hope to not start trouble but this is something i have felt for a long time now,, and since you asked for dislikes as well I figured I could share, When I read a comment or forum post, and I see a WBWCrew member and I see a rude, condescending, mean, or just down right shity comment or post form that Crew member it's a big turn off, most here are not web designers or even computer savvy, so when members do things wrong or post something someone doesn't like I feel like it would be better for them to go under another account to post mean or shity things, when other members say things it doesn't strike the same negative cord that it does from Crew members. I am all for free speech and I under stand in order for things to stay legit and legal they have work to do, however it seems there is two ways to do things and a more profitable and proficient way would be to take a more professional approach to deal with things as a WBWCrew member. Now please don't spam my computer for writing this as i know you are all more knowledgeable when it comes to computers than I am... I am going to be here for ever, I am only trying to make things better for everyone just like everyone else is... I also know some WBWCrew members are very nice and helpful..

Well dude I think its awesome that you are doing this and trying to make a diffrence to a site that has kept me entertained for a long long time. I agree with lots of people when they say that this latest upgrade was the hardest to get to grips with, but once you do its really not that bad.
Being able to sort the pictures a little better would be something that I would start with, this includes things like categorising the images a lot better i.e. Anal, Cumshot etc....
Sponsor membership should continue as is - although I have lapsed recently I will most defiantly be rejoining as the freedom it gives to use the site guilt free makes it a very worthwhile payment.
In terms of videos etc pending moderation, I think that the process takes a little too long. Perhaps (and this may breach legal requirements) videos should be pre approved when posted by members who either have sponsor membership or have a certain respect rating within the community. These members will have a lot more to loose should the item violate the terms of the site and this way things will potentially get streamlined as moderators can review these items when they get a chance rather than prior to publication.
Finally whilst I am unable to offer much, I do work with Microsoft Web technologies and am happy to advise on any queries that you may have whilst you redevelop the site should they fall into my skillset.
Good luck my man and all the best - I think if everyone gets behind you then this site can build back to its former glory!

He's clearly talking about me. The rest of you guys are jerks...lol.
In all seriousness, I agree that before I was a mod, there was the odd time that I thought there was some rude comments by mods. I do think that its maybe gotten better though. When it comes to members doing "the wrong thing", if its an honest mistake I think most of us are pretty cool with it, if its blatant like posting underage pics, or a repeat offender then I think sometimes a stronger harsher tone is justified. Just my two cents worth.

Guy's WBW needs to be three things
KISS = keep it simple
Less is more
just good pictures and movies
everything else is just crap

Ill admit. im not a paying member, so i never bitch about the site. I used to troll youporn and those other sites, now i just use this one. I think its a great site. I agree with the clusterfuck it is, but i dont think its that bad. I would like to see a mobile version as well. I think if you had a version like that, you might pick up more members, as i tend to do a lot from my phone rather than online. Keep it up!

I Like the new concept because it seems to be a lot less busy than the current layout! To me it seems that it's more of a heads up get to it quick format...Nice. Ok stop reading this and get back to work.

Payed or not, everybody contributes in his/her own way. So please tell me your likes and dislikes, I can use every single input!

From the screen caps posted so far, I like the look. It's nice and clean and simple.

Yeah, I'm loving it so far Baas! The uncluttered look is the way to go.
The youngsters like to use their mobile thingies to use the innernetz these days.
One small request; everyone loves dancing hamsters. How about adding them since the beaver was canned?

About the design so far I just would say that it's too dark and the black and grey thing looks a bit sad to me.
Also it doesn't really suit with the dark blue from the banner.
If you want to use some dark theme, why not choose dark colors instead of greys ? That would be less sad and better for eye tiredness.
Edit : Or, you can stay with the greys but add some color to the <div> titles (like the "Sign up" one) + some in the important text (as for example the steam forum : http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=e89276d5d9c49de430ef8d24cd46eee2&f=14 )
But even with that, the form block remain too dark : lighter fonts or background would be better.
About the layout, it's better from the actual registration but I wonder, when you're going to add notes (like "Spaces are not allowed in the nickname." or the security code), if it's not going to be too compact.

The colors of the steam forum are cool, I think I will use the color theme too. there are some dislikes about the the icons and stuff but I will not exactly copy it

You know what else are fun, those spoiler tags.
Like, where you have a post, and then you type in something like:
[spoil]And then you put stuff here[/spoil]
And then people can't see that text unless you lick on a little button in the post that shows it.
Like this, for example: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showpost.php?p=24338743&postcount=35
