This the whole reason that I teach women how to defend themselves from these sick individuals. It may not prevent it, but it could help lesson the degree of injury. Stories like this are so sad and sickening.....

Distribute - to promote, sell, and ship or deliver (an item or line of merchandise) to individual customers, especially in a specified region or area. Seems to me, if it never eaves their store, it doesn't fit this definition. Even if it does leave their store, the brewers should have the right whether they want to use a distributor or not. The advantage of a distributor would be to have your beer reach a larger market, but some may wish to not do that. Its like an independent film maker being forced to sell their film to a studio, and if he wants to regain control of it, he has to pay them 30-40% royalties...its absurd.

But also, not being belligerent, but I'm curious as to where their 2200 surveys were administered. Was it an even distribution amongst the entire population of the States? Or just distributed along a region or coastline? Because if it was along the east coast... like half of the east coast pretty much counts as the South, when people refer to "the South."
