well, here in germany you only can carry a gun if you are a endangered person( politican..blabla) or you have a hunting license( wich is different to usa , it takes you about one year, costs you about 5000$, and is very hard to get..90 from 100 fail at test... )

Beretta 9m is a little long depending where you pack it. Compact 45 maybe an HK aren't bad. Glock 23 or 27 are very concealable and pack quite a punch in .40 calibur.

Well the decision has been made. You are now looking at the proud owner of a brand new Smith & Wesson SW40VE. Price had a lot to do with my decision. It was on sale for $299. After buying holster and Ammo grand total was $347.66

There were a lot of guns I liked at the shop but most were in the range of $389 to $489, so I went with the S & W. Its a nice looking gun, and seems to be a good size to carry after I get my conceal permit. Of course in my state you can strap it on your belt, and wear it in public any time you want as long as you dont cover with your shirt or jacket. As long as it's in plain site it's ok. There are certain exceptions though, i.e. banks, schools, county or state buildings, or anywhere that has a no handguns sign on the door.

can i ask why?

i would like to understand why it is that a person requires to or would want to carry a sidearm? do you work in the protection industry or is this just for self protection or...

if you are looking for something with deep concealability get a kel-tec p3at .380...i've been carrying mine for almost a0 year now. It is the lightest 380 ever produced...7 rounds....i carry mine with a pocket holster and there is no print at all...these guns are made of primarily plastic so they will not be as durable as some of the weapons listed above, but they are extremely reliable when taken care of and cleaned properly. I have had 2 misfires (probably the bullet not the gun) in over 1000 rounds of shooting. they also are much cheaper than most guns, usually retail for about 270 american dollars

You're all a bunch of fuckin' phycos. Don't buy a gun, you really don't need to. You are more likely to shoot yourself or a member of your own family if you get one. If Vanuatu (wherever that is) is that dangerous then move out. I don't feel the need to carry a gun even though I live in the east middlands. I only have a crossbow, a bowie knifre and a sword!!

no offence but i think its bad for people to be able to carry guns. Probably couse i grew up in a country where its not allowed but still. Here in Holland its illegal to have one and i think its for the best. I really wouldnt like the idea that everyone would just be able to go and get one and walk around with it. If it would be legal it would be so easy for fucked up peeps to get a gun and do crazy shit when they feel threatend. Like i said, i dont mean any offence its just my opinion
