Things swing wildly across the borders. About 10 years ago I looked at a lakeside cottage on Rice Lake Ont. that was $60K CA. I didn't buy it. 2 years later it was on the market and nothing of similar style was available for under $100K.

We are on a big downside of the realestate market here. Some areas have fallen drastically, others not at all.
