um yeah. currently whenever you see me on at night it means i'm on my HTC evo. trying to load the site on my phone and type out long replies kind of sucks.

I consider a regular deep tissue and structural alignment massage to be a regular life-necessity. Not that relaxation Swedish stuff, but something that really gets into the tissues and does some good. I've been hard on this body and it keeps me going.
