Promote my modeling sh*t? I came here to share my photos. If you don't want to help me with Maxim or XS Magazine, so be it. I've never had any tell me I should be in Maxim (or something similar) until recently so I'm giving it a shot. As for XS, same deal. Someone suggested it to me and so I'm doing it. I don't go half-assed into anything. If I'm going to try for something, I put as much effort as I can into it.

I get so many messages from people on this site telling me that they enjoy my photos and that I should be in magazines or something. I only got into modeling because someone looked at me and thought I'd be good at it. For every one person telling me I'm not modeling material, there are 15 people telling me I am.

Maybe I'm not cut out for Maxim. Maxim will decide for themselves, I'm sure. I find it a lot more constructive if all of these "WOW you are so hot" messages went to people who could help me get published. The biggest compliment I can get is not when they send the compliments to me, but when they tell a magazine or web site that they want to see me there.

As for the stripper type, I suppose you haven't seen my homepage. There are many photos of me there that are more "stripper" - with stripper clothes, even.

Well I guess my point is that I don't really understand the need to be rude. To me, a crude compliment is as bad as "Your face is ugly, you should use a paper bag in your photos." Rude is rude. Not needed.

That's exactly my point. Negative responses are FINE as long as they are not rude or insulting.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts. Maybe I'm not a Maxim girl. Someone else suggested it to me. I only wanted to see if more people would think I should be in there and if they did, to submit me. *shrug* You never know what will happen. Again, if I don't get in there, it won't be the end of my life or my modeling career. The more places I submit my photos to, the better chance that one will actually publish me.

Not odd at all. Show these guys a few pictures, and they start thinking with the little head. Kind of blinds them to the truth. Anyone else would have been banned as a spammer a long time ago. Good at what? I think the reason I'm not branded as a spammer is because I have lots and lots of photos I share with people just because I like to share. My homepage was built as a homepage only, simply to share my ideas with friends, family, and the world. I started with 2 or 3 pictures taken in my parents' living room. People simply kept asking me for more pictures and it just went from there.

It's evolved to where I am paid to model and am not shy about my intentions. People seem to enjoy looking at my photos, and I enjoy getting paid good hourly money to stand in front of a camera.

If people enjoy looking at my photos so much they want to see more pictures of me and want to see me get bigger and better paying modeling jobs, then I'm not going to argue with them.

Here's my two cents: You certainly are pretty enough for Maxim or any other mag. just remember they do a lot of touching up of the pics (remember that ad on youtube?) Also those mags usually go after women who are in their 15 minutes of fame. Go and look at the back issues and it seems like a where are they now? episode.
