I still break out the PS3 occasionally so video games are still alright with me even though I'm not a serious video gamer.

My goal is to get back into the 185-190 pound range. I'm currently 210-215 depending on how much food I've eaten. I wear a size 36 waist pants for comfort but I can still fit into my 34 pants. I would like my 34's to be my comfort pants. I've never had a problem gaining mass but It's tough for me to get real lean. I'm like the opposite of the skinny dude who can't bulk up no matter how hard he tries. I need opposite steroids.

Also, (the nerd in me is stoked) I saw today that the new Star Wars movie will take place 30 years after "Return of the Jedi". I'm assuming they plan on bringing back Harrison Ford, Mark Hamil and Carrie Fisher.

All three have confirmed that they have roles (as of yet how big or small is unknown) in the new movie.

Now that is wonderful, but I sure hope Ford looks better in this, than in the Indian Jones movie he did five years ago. He looked about 95 in that one. Carrie Fisher must be as big as a truck now. What can they cast her as ?

Well, since it's taking place 30 years later, Han Luke and Leia are supposed to be old.

Sure. But if you saw that Crystal Skulls Indy Jones movie you'd see what I mean, the camera doesn't treat him very kindly. Also, in all fairness we don't know if they will reprise their original roles,but then what would be the point ? Dunno.

Which reminds me of an interview with her some time back where she was talking about her Princess Leia (?) costume from the original production and that it didn't come with any underwear. She is standing there at the costume preview for George Lucas. She is complaining about the fact that she needs, really needs to cover up with some underwear. In other Carrie Fisher news, its long been rumoured that her and Penny (Laverne of Laverne & Shirley) Marshall are in a relationship.

So I guess the VA in my region takes 7 to 11 months to review cases.

The good news is that so far, none of these dillweeds have been caught doing this up here.

I fell asleep to them every night for like 5 years. And later Futurama. Now it's Parks and Rec. I need to hear happy voices if I'm trying to relax and sleep.

I used to know every episode of Scrubs--quite literally, verbatim--from Season 1 Episode 1 until the end of Season 7, until I hit mah Idea-Maker.

My favorite episodes are:
S05E20 and E21, a two-part combo, titled "My Lunch" and "My Fallen Idol"
S06E14 and E15, another two-parter, "My No Good Reason" and "My Long Goodbye"
and S07E11, "My Princess." Which actually wasn't supposed to be the finale, and was aired out of order, due to the writers strike.

I had them all on my computer, so I'd press play when I'd start trying to sleep and listen to them until I fell asleep. And when I'd wake up, I'd press pause, until I returned later and press play again.
