I don't know, after finding out that Survivor2299 and the Fallout 4 teasers were a hoax, I kinda welcome the end of the world.

Put that in a parfait glass and it would be classy!

I just watched Sharknado on Netflix, now if the zombie apocalypse occurs on Christmas Day, I'll be immune because Sharknado already ate my brain

There should be a warning on the can that reads "Do not mix"

Out of curiosity, how much does a movie cost on netflix ? I can't even check it out as the only thing I get on the website is "sorry, not available in your country you french bastard" (maybe the last part isn't exactly true but that's pretty much what would have been written if Kanzen was the CEO of it).

In Canada you only pay $8/month, I think it's more in the US. You can stream as many movies as you want and many of them are in HD.

Wow really cheap compared to here. We don't have global rights so we have to rent movies individually and it's like 4/5€ for 48h

Yeah, they don't have all the latest releases on Netflix, if you want those you have to pay $5 or more to get them elsewhere. Most of the titles are from 2011 and before with a limited number from 2012 and 2013.

Netflix started off with a different business model in the US as opposed to Canada. In the US they started off mailing you a dvd, you watched it, returned it, and they sent you another one. I think that service was $14.99 a month? In Canada, we never had that option, it was only online, and has always been $8 a month. The US service had 1st run new release movies, the Canadian service doesn't get many new releases. I'f I'm perfectly honest, Netflix isn't really good for movies in Canada, its good for catching up on older TV series, and of course now original content Netflix programs.

Yeah, getting the DVD's in the mail was a little lame., but no matter....I really wanted it to catch up on all the cool movies that I missed in grad school, and for that it was purr-fect .

Yeah, the vast majority of movies on Canadian Netflix have already been aired on cable but I don't have cable anymore.
