You should leave them BOTH. You have lowered yourself to destroying a 10yr relationship, being beyond duplicidious with a girl on the side and rendered yourself an utter wreck because of it. Tell both of them goodbye, tell the truth, make up a lie... something, but leave both of them and get your head (the one on your fuckin shoulders) on straight! You cant managage a life time commitment if you act on your impulses. Sure, every taken man wants to have an affair or sleep with someone else.. but a real man doesnt take the chicken shit way out. Sorry... but your fucked and either girl you chose, you will find a way to do this again and wind up in the same situation when home life gets predictable.

Tell you girlfriend the truth, then leave her. She deserves better than you.

Before anyone starts flaming me for being high and mighty, I've been married
for 13 years and never cheated. Have I been tempted, yes on numerous occasions

Before I met this new girl I thought I could separate sex and love, fuck one girl stay with the other. Well this time I messed it up, and it´s all my fault. I still don´t know exactly what to do (yes I´m thinking about telling the truth), but maybe I´ve learned something this time. I will keep you informed. No one ever said I was perfect, but I don't cheat, brag about it to the whole world, then come back a year later, and do the EXACT same thing. You're a cheater. Fine, live your life that way, but you can't marry someone and have a healthy marriage when you obviously want to bed other women too. A real man doesn't betray his woman, period.
