Oh that's pretty simple. I could probably go up to Lowe's and build one of those for like $10. I don't know though I don't like having to screw things into the door frame. I'd rather have something completely removable which is why I'm curious about the other thing I posted.

Cheating is a tough workout
So I tried to do the 100 pushups again...and I actually did worse.

So, Lindros hasn't really done his P90X thread, but he's hella busy with school so that makes sense.
Without it I've still been eating healthy, although I had a couple of cupcakes the other day. Working out daily..I could pretty much stop now and be in moderate shape for the summer.
That's what I mean, after a solid month of activity and healthy living, you see quite a noticeable difference. I'm going to probably keep hitting it pretty hard until late April.
How are you bros doin, anyone getting in shape for summer?
if you're 6'1'' and 160, don't worry about dieting, eat some protein and gain some weight. no one is impressed with skinny boy abs.
I just got back from the gym like 45 minutes ago.
Hittin the cardio/aerobic stuff (bike/treadmill/stairs/elliptical thing) pretty hard the last couple weeks, probably gonna do that for another week and a half or so at 4/5 times a week depending on tests and things that might take up a bit of time ehre and there.
After that I'm hitting the weights hard for the month of April...then starting in May probably down to like a 50/50 mix of weights cardio.
And keeping the diet on point, of course. Living on fruits, fruit juices, water, milk, turkey/chicken cold cuts for lunch, and usually a chicken/fish + veggies dinner. Sometimes I get a little bit of pasta in there for dinner too, but I pretty much try to avoid that. Also, making sure to eat breakfast and have like a granola bar or some nuts or something throughout the day to keep the metabolism fairly steady.
So, even with slacking with the P90X thread, I'm still holdin down my part of the deal here.
My speedo is going to look so cash.
Not much of a fitness guy, more like a chubby guy who is getting signals from a chick a school (even though i am married). I just bought this thing called a tower 200 from body by jake. had it about 3 weeks now and starting to see difference. only takes about 11 minutes per day and you can focus on individual exercises or a full routine. i can give info if anyone wants to PM me.
I unlocked this to say that we helped Notech get all in shape and such with threads like these.
