Do you have a nickname for your abs? ("The situation" for example) Or have clever ways to call attention to them? ("Someone better call the vet, because these puppies are sick!" *points at abs*)

In summer do you randomly take your shirt off while grocery shopping, trying to make it look casual?

Well then, you're the guy I'm looking for.

The male equivalent of this:

I've started working out again yesterday since winter is on the down swing, and I tend to hibernate over winter. I'm abouts 6'1 160lb at the moment..I never really get fat, just like, less definition. I was thinking for summer though it would probably be pretty cool to be back in awesome shape, and if I start now I can get a jump on it.

So, what is your workout routine WBW?

How often do you crunch it?

Do you have a special diet?

Do you have a special routine?

Come on WBW..I know a hand full of you are probably fatties, and that's okay...fat guys aren't fat, only fat women are fat. So, WBW...how is your fitness?

6 Days a week. Mon (stationary bike 45min), Tues (Indoor row 30-40min), Wed (Indoor Row 30-40min), Thurs (swim 2km), Fri (swim fast sessions, until totals 2km), Sat (REST), Sun (Walk - currently 5km, building to 30km - training for 97km hike in Queensland in July). Just coming back from a 2 year stint of slackness. Prior to this row row row and row, some swimming. Diet was my weak spot but just got a dietician and getting results from that already (best advice I can give to anyone wanting to lose weight / increase health - GET A DIETICIAN!).

I'm going for the 18 X contract (Special Forces (A.K.A. Green Beret)), I am currently doing the following.

Swimming: -- Two to three times a week, 1,000 to 2,000 meters each time. -- One day a week, try to swim wearing cammies and boots for 100 meters.

Running: -- Four to five times a week, 3 to 5 miles as fast as you can. -- Once a week, do rucksack marches carrying a 50-pound load.

PT: Every other day. -- Pull-ups, 75 to 100 repetitions (seven to 10 sets of 10 reps). -- Push-ups, 200 to 300 repetitions (10 to 15 sets of 20 reps). -- Sit-ups, 200 to 300 repetitions (five to 10 sets of 40 to 50 reps).

if ur that lean. where u dont really get fat, just lose defintion... just start liftin weights. if ur that tall and only 160 or so. u dont neeed to lose anymore weight by runnin of cardio at all. just lift weights and build muscle. once that starts. all ur muscle will "pop" out and ull actually be lean and defined. if u just cardio stuff..... yea ull be in great cardio condition for say.. a marathon. haha . but u wont have any muscle to shape or define. resistance training builds muscle. not cardio/running etc.

I don't really have a day to day routine being as some nights I work early/late or I might be gone for a few days. Running at least thrice a week, same with situps. Preacher curls (only curling 90 lbs right now) and flat bench (315 lbs) alternating days.
