Welp, meeting with a seller this weekend to try and put together a contract to buy a house. Wish me luck. This house hunting shit is terrible. Especially since the market has rebounded slightly and now every jerkass is trying to sell his house for $50,000 more than it's worth. I've literally told people "even if I wanted to overpay for your house, no mortgage company is going to approve a loan when it appraises for half the asking price".
