HTML5 support is fantastic news!
If I could upload stuff from my iPad/iPhone that would also be really neat!

Here's something I thought I'd just toss out to you, Diz, because I'm going through something similar. You may have already thought about this - in fact you probably have - but just in case.
When you set the credit costs for whatever perks or benefits you offer, keep a record in the database of what each item cost, so that if down the line you want to change the costs, you don't get a bunch of people bitching about the new costs.
Keeping a database record will make it easy for you to make changes and then either grant a "refund" of sorts to those that paid more, or put in a notice to those that previously paid less that if they want to keep the feature they'll need to pay the difference for the new amount.
Example:
Tomorrow you set the ability to view one "contributors only" picture to 5 credits.
Three weeks later you change your mind and decide to set it to 2 credits.
Having the database records will allow you to write programs/scripts that refund the difference someone that paid 5 credits is due - so that they don't bitch and moan about how they got fucked.
Now, two months later you decide that's too low, and decide to raise that price to 4. You can then use the database and scripts to put a notice on the pics that if they want to still have access to that picture, they need to pony up 2 more credits.
What I'm saying is... "Track the costs and 'purchases' of the users in a database so that changes down the road don't make people bitch and moan like whining crybabies."

Actually I might be a bit late saying this, now youve done all the work, but is there any way for there to be an option of having the menu on the left side for wide-screen monitors, and on the top for square ones. I find the current design a bit tight for widescreens when i'm forced to use them.

Is there any way that before a member can post anything in the forum, that they must go through and agree that they have read the rules, kind of like a terms of service agreement?

I know that it is probably too late for this, but one thing I was thinking about today when I was uploading some stuff was is there a way to make it where those that post a movie or picture can later download that same movie/picture without using credits? I have uploaded several movies in the past, and then due to space requirements, deleted them. But it would be nice to be able to go back and get them again later without using up all my credits.

I second that. I don't know how it work for sponsor-only pictures as I haven't uploaded them yet but I wouldn't like not to be able to see my own uploads.

This is already in the new version, own material can be downloaded/played/viewed without using credits. (all sponsor features are available on this.)
When you unlock a movie or picture in the new version this movie/picture stays permanently unlocked for you account.

Oh, I like this idea. It's like unlocking prizes in a video game or something!

Make it compatible with iPad. So drop Flash, use HTML5. There are many players that work great on iPad but yours don't. Regarding interface simple, simple, simple. I think iPad apps such as twitter do a good job of process lots of info, pics and movies very fast. Also new magazine formats such as Flipboard and Zite are fantastic... especially zite.

few ideas:
1. make it user friendly. like function to delete account, but put the account in ghost so that the pictures uploaded wont get removed.
2. phone view or ipad view. thats the future
3. new type off upload system with java or ajax to drag en drop pictures and movies and cars.
4. more ranking systems like most votes. most time online.
5. make some polls to let people vote on things they want and dont wanr.
these are just a few ideas. i really like the site and the stuff on it. the dark black theme i use because its best.
good luck with designing.

Two bugs I've noticed so far with the permanent tagger status (so that they won't be reproduced in the next version) :
- permanent taggers don't get credits when they put tags.
- if you change something in your settings (like number of pictures per page or theme colour) you loose your tagger status and have to logoff / login to retrieve it (there could be the same bug with mod status aswell).
