I would say try one for now and then if you like it get the other one done. It does hurt alot though, I know first hand as I have both mine done. One has been redone couple times too, taken out for medical reasons and once ripped out (which surprising didn't hurt as much as when it was pierced).

Between pierced and unpierced I prefer unpierced but is's never a deal killer! I'd leve them alone.

I vote no-do not do anything to those beautiful nipples. Piercing makes them look slutty. If your tits are small or ugly then I would understand trying to make them attractive
