thanks i agree with just about everything you said,
eventually i will ps the bird out, just havn't gotten to it yet

If you can cleanly PS it out and move it down, I think it's key to the success of the photo so that you have a background, middle ground and extreme forground. You just need to be sure to keep that blur on it, otherwise it won't look right, obviously.

I took this picture from my car actually after it snowed here.........its just a field covered in snow and ice but I liked the way the sun was casting and eerie effect on the land
