I lost a lot of images in the HD crash. I've got some more backed-up if I can find them.

Here's a pic I used as an avy for a while. I painted the BG with acrylic paint and did the calligraphy with acrylic ink.

It's the Chinese character "long", it means dragon.

EDIT: the characters in the bottom right corner are Ti Shu, for those of us born in the year of the earth rat, 1948

ok lets see if this works...
this was my first decent length attempt at 3d animation, it was my final project for a class i took back in the day. designed with 3d max, but as you can tell from watching i hadn't learned textures or anything yet. it is about 30 secs give or take, and the story is what happens when the fridge door is closed.

Mine's different than what the other people do. (well, what i can take pics of is. I'm also a fairly proficient artist, used to have full scholarships to art schools when I was younger)

But I modify and construct models for a game.

The one below was originally designed to be mounted flat, and seated on the bike in a rather plain fashion.

Everything green was constructed by me with putty, and the legs and arms were cut off, separated at the joints, re-positioned, pinned and attached in their current position. Its still only partially complete because I need to make a fur cloak (out of the green stuff) and prime and paint, and add details to the scepter looking thing with cotton that I'm going to dye.

It looks better in real life (the flames and dirt are freaking awesome looking), and its not my best conversion, but it's what I have up here.
The model is designed to be accelerating into battle (tossing up dirt and turf visable under the tire in the 1st pic) with flames exploding from his exhaust, and a cloak trailing in the wind.

Yeah, I didn't think that I appeared to be a modeler.
