What are some of your favorite guitar solos?


One of my favorites has always been Slash's solo from 'Sweet Child O' Mine'.

Queen's "Brighton Rock" is a good one.

john mayer's version of covered in rain off of his "Any Given Thursday" live cd is freakin awesome. in fact, i'ma listen to it right now

Lots of the old Metallica songs have great solos too.

Van Halen - Eruption

Vernon Reid smokes it in Living Color's Cult Of Personality.
And any old Alice In Chains tunes.
