Where's my lasagne?

When are we having tacos ?

sorry guy´s I forgot my cam at work, so the lasagne you get on monday, SORRY.

tacos......we don´t eat tacos in Finland

This thread is great!!! It's great that you are introducing some Finnish cuisine to the World... What about Muikkukukko? I'm a Finn and I have no idea how it's made.

Althou I'm more of a Fajitas-guy myself

My favorite is Mixtas, quesadillas stuffed with carne asada, actually I LOVE any meal that has melt cheese, maybe Kyosho can show me the way

I've been eating spaghetti for last 5 days. Speaking about addiction.

i make a mean macaroni/tuna salad. i brought this one to a texas hold'em poker tournament with 24 people and it was scraped clean by the end of the nite.

Today we are having Lasagne

Meat sauce:

500g Minced meat
1 can crushed tomato
1 onion
2 tbs sugar
garlic, salt, pepper, basil


Milk sauce:

1 l Milk
3 dl Water
1½ dl Flour
100g Parmesan cheeze
100g Emmental cheeze/ or something else
salt, white pepper


500g Lasagne


1. Cutonion in pieces add crushed tomato in saucepan

2. Pan fry minced meat and onion, add in saucepan, cook 5 min.

3. Add spieces and sugar, taste it!

Milk sauce:

4. Start with boiling the milk, be sure to mix all the time

5. Whisk very well flour in cold water, when milk is boiling add flour mixture.

6. Grate cheeze, put in sauce, mix.

7. Add layers of meat-sauce, milk-sauce and lasagne, start with meat-sauce
