You should've made sausages to go with the meat balls

Today we are having Fish a´la kyosho, potatoes and canned beetroot

750g salomon
3 dl cream
200 g cucumber pickles
salt and pepper


1. Start with boiling the potatoes

2.cut the salomon in 5-6 cm pieces( I have little bigger pieces)

3. Put salt, pepper and pickles on the fish

Oh boy I can't wait!

4. Put cream on top of the fish.

5. Bake in 200 C about 30 min.

serv with canned beetroot
