Mini Rant.

Corsair, has a series of closed loop CPU coolers known as the hydro series, H40, H50, H60, H70, H80, H100. Now they were pretty solid contenders for easy liquid cooling for the average consumer who doesn't want to spend upwards of thousands of dollars building a custom water cooling loop. The H40 to H80s were a single 120mm radiators, the H100 is a dual 120mm which is just referred to as a 240mm.

Now that series has some problems:

1. Small diameter hosing that kinks and restricts flow.
2. The stock fans aren't particularly great, most users grab another set of aftermarkets (Noctua, Spectre, Cougar, etc.).
3. The actual pumps that sit on the cpu block are a pain in the ass to install.

So after a couple of years, Corsair corrected those three major problems by introducting the H80i and H100i.

Now they have unveiled a new set called the H90 and H110. Instead of 120mm and 240mm they are now 140mm and 280mm. More surface area in the radiator means better cooling, but there is one glaring flaw. THEY UNDID THE FIXES OF THE HXi SERIES. THEY SWITCHED BACK TO THE SAME SHIT SMALL TUBING, LAME FANS, AND THE OLD PUMPS. What the flying fuck Corsair? I would of been on board if they had kept the fucking fixes from the HXi series, but you went ass backwards. One step forward and then another step back.

On a side note, I really, really, really want that new Corsair Obsidian 900D case. Like, I would do unsavory things for it. Maybe I should apply for a job at the 'Bees.

Looks like a cheap way to make you buy the H90 or H110 and then correct the flaws (again) so that you buy a H90i or H110i later.
