And yeah I've read this news about the head CIA kicked because of an affair with Sugarpie his biographer. I'm wondering if this affair is the real reason of his dismissal though.

He actually resigned, he wasn't fired. Though I'm sure it was just a matter of time once the story broke.... he probably would have been.

In those high positions, like in politics, resignation very often means someone have been "advising" you to do so.

According to the news that wasn't the case this time, but again it was probably one of those deals where he knew he would probably be asked to step down anyways? Who knows.

Well, I'm clearly not going to straight up believe "news" when it comes to CIA strange businesses

I had the glorious misfortune of having to take I-4 from Tampa to Kissimee recently and I wouldn't be shocked if there actually was a "Bottomless Hole" attraction at one of the exits.
