That whole story is hard to believe. But the best line is "Residents....described him as "odd".

I'm on a surprisingly comfortable wooden stool. I do need to buy a replacement computer chair, but, I know the second I buy one, like something around my place will break and need to be replaced immediately. I was thinking of the Maxnomic XL.

The back broke off of my computer chair so now it's a stool. I'm going to need a new one eventually.
