that might be a little creepy, but that stuff is interesting as hell. I've never read too much up on it, though.

I've read about thirty books but there's only a few I can remember, one was The Potato Factory by Bryce Courtenay and The Damage Done by Warren Fellows.

when i was younger, i wanted to be a criminal psychologist... i needed to help put my little sister through collage because my mom was a single mom, so i took a job as a truck driver... i've been driving ever science...

Well, at least you're still learning about the stuff... and Bryce Courtenay is pretty cool, but I've only read The Power of One.

It actually makes me sad that I've gotten away from reading... I used to love picking up books I'd read day and night 'till I finished them. I just don't have much time for them right now... I usually pick up the slack during my summers though
I'm a big fan of Jack Kerouac's On The Road, I need to pick up more of his and Ginsberg's books
I have these compilations of poems, short stories, and odd and end pieces of literature by Kerouac, but I've only really grazed through them.
and I'm going to admit that I also read and really enjoyed White Oleander somewhat recently. haha truly a girly book, but I thought it was well written... the movie was shit, but as previously stated in here, that's usually the case and was to be expected.
I always liked to pick up my own books to read, but always had a problem getting through books that I was told to read for school... obviously just my psyche, but for this reason I feel like I really need to catch up on American classics

People Reading? On WBW?
I don't fucking believe it!
I'm currently reading Molecular Biology of the Cell: 5th Edition by Alberts, Johnson, Lewis, Raff, Roberts and Walter.
It's really kind of a bore, but it sure is informative.

Hm, Molecular Biology of the cell.... yeah, doesn't really sound like a page turner. Falls into the category of cool to said you have read but not cool to actually read, I think.
And, of course people read.

The only book I've read in the past, I bet 10 years, is The Chronicles Of Narnia, excellent book, me and my girlfriend fought over who was going to read it, whomever got to it first got to read
Bank 16 years ago
That's pretty fun.... you never read lord of the rings, though? As far as fantasy goes, those are the only two series I've read... and, I'm sure you're familiar with the lord of the rings story.
DEMO 16 years ago
Yes, I've heard of it, just never read any of them, to tell you the truth, fantasy really isn't anything I had ever been interested in reading, but for some reason, that book grabbed my attention and wouldn't let it go...
And after reading the book, we went to see the movie, and surprisingly enough, I liked that also, was very well done in my opinion...

Yeah, it was, one of those fun kid flicks with a giant budget. Give Lord of the Rings a shot, though, it's pretty entertaining.

check out "heroin diaries" by nikki sixx or "no one here gets out alive" biography of jim morrison for a look into how a rock star lives, "Jarhead" was a great book about our modern military, and I actually tried to start Ulysses but after just finishing portrait of the artist as a young man, I read 50 pages and gave up. booooring.
Bank 16 years ago
I've never read any of those... though I've seen Jarhead before. Which was a pretty boring flick. I'd rather watch Generation Kill, which gets the boredom and the insanity. Or, even, I'd rather just read about the Civil war. But those rock books sound pretty cool.
