Chasing Amy also made me acutally laugh out loud the first time I saw it. Especially the scene in the bar where the one dude realizes what's going on and is shocked and appalled, and the other guy is all stoked.

I'm fond of the old Duke Nukem 3D. It was funny and kick-ass at the same time. The newer FPSs are better looking and whatnot, but they lack the humor of that one, IMO.
