It's not that complicated. Just go here and click "Play Now". You have to download the game, but after that you can just play with people online.

and probably right though i'd say the girl number would be smaller on both accounts just cause if the girl was expecting it at all and had no time to get her body into it it would just be like... not very pleasant i presume.
