140K in a Eastern European car??? I dont think so, thats not right, that would be trully brave. I know the cars and roads we have here in north america suck, but we can safely go 140 without even thinking twice about it. In a East Euro car, that takes balls.

Ive done it, and its scary, you think your piece of shit Cavalier or Cobalt is scary at those speeds, try a mid 70's Dacia or for a real treat a Dacia Lastun, well, the Lastun 140 isnt possible, but still. You feel the speed for real, no insulation, power brakes or steering and the fact it wasnt built for speed in the first place. Plus Ive never worried about hitting a drunken farmer on a unlit horse drawn wagon, o caruta. Why wouldnt you wanna tune a eastern european car, everyone has a tuned Honda/Acura/Neon, Id love to see a 350 horsepower, all wheel drive Dacia. Hmm, I wonder if you could stick an Impreza STi drivetrain under one

don't think you can, because the dacia has front wheel drive....no space for the driveshaft...
but i can show you a 150 hp dacia, just gimme an e-mail or a messenger/skype adress 2 send it 2

Really, a Lancer, wow. The great thing about these cars is that they are damn near unbreakable, cheap to fix/own/do up and readily available. You cant say anything about how these cars suck so bad as your Lancer isnt anything to write home about, I mean really, they are the preffered rental and student cars around here. Also, Im willing to bet that even how great your Lancer is, or you think it to be, I would give it about 6 months, TOPS, on Romanias roads before it was undrivable.

there is one in suceava.....the guy has to keep it mostly in the garage....because when he drives it, it tends to brake down...a lot...
great car, i've got nothing against it, just don't mess with east euros....these are cars that will do anything for u, and you can fix them with a sledgehammer and a piece of wire...
