I made one of these once.

Start with a



Lay a 1/2" rolled out slab of sausage over it,
Lay in whatever filling you like,
Roll it into a log,
Smoke it for about 4 hours

That looks tempting but what's that green stuff in the center?

That one has pineapple, peppers and cheese.
