Don't go off the deep end. I'm not an anal salad guy, as you should be able to tell from my recipes, but there was a day when I would have thought that pic looked like the perfect meal. Glad those days are behind me.

My uncle and cousins sit around the table and brag bout being capable of eating three or four Big Macs, jus the thought makes me wanna vomit. For the life of me how can a sane person do those kinds of things.........
