New look

I've just been trying to change my background in my account settings, but when I clicked 'save' it said my request had been black-holed.

Again, see my comment regarding people who have never touched an ounce of code in their lives. Something like that is ridiculously easy to fix. You don't need to change the entire website or UI to take care of that problem. Not sure how many times I have to say it...the USER INTERFACE was very usable. What was wrong with the code or the back end is easy to fix.

I actually prefer this user interface.

Eyes get tired faster with a light font on a dark background, not the opposite
Your uploads are still there but the user stats are not imported yet. Just click on the "0" and you will see all your uploads

First of all : 30% people voted yes in this thread.
Then you have to consider that people generally post and check forums when something is wrong so it's normal to end up with more "unhappy" people here.
Finally people are generally hostile to change, so that adds more complaints. But those ones will progressively disappear as people get used to it.

The layout itself is just a matter of taste so in the end some people will like it, others won't.
But the site also needs new features (not only small fixes like character encoding and post filters) and according to Diz the old code was unworkable (also it started to have compatibility issues if I recall correctly).

From the home page, if I click on a picture it does not load up...or if it loads it is all scrambled...not liking the new way...

I cant upload pics? I see some things getting fixed but again why put up this new version when its not ready? This shit sucks!!

Just tried to upload, and it says it was successfully uploaded. So not sure what your particular problem is.

Yes, you can upload pictures. You can do it from your profile page or you can do it by going to the "BABES" heading and selecting the "Upload" from the drop down menu. (It's the last choice)

Couldn't you have recreated the site from the ground up to function better but look nearly the same? I like it! As soon as I found http://whatboyswant.com/babes and changed my bookmark to that, it's very similar to the "old feel", but I think it looks great. Sure, at this point it MIGHT be "change for the sake of change", but hey - I'm not in the know about future features, and who the hell am I to complain about so much work being poured into a site I've gained so much pleasure from?

Oops, I gave it a thumbs up because thumbs up was at the bottom (what the hell), usually its yes then no, not no then yes. Anyways, I want to go on record saying that the benefit isn't necessarily to the user, it allows WBW to pepper sponsors all over the opening page. Not a big fan....

woah man i have lots of my old favorites back fm the dead. can't complain though i missed some of them. one hell of a fix man kool. can't wait for the fixes to be compleated.

But you see a link posted as the first post of a Newbie and you go "Well, I'm gonna open his profile in the background and save some time when it's time for the banning while the link loads." Cause it's gonna be spam like 99% of the time.

May take a while to get used to. Do miss being able to skip one picture to the second.

Your uploads and comments are there, the number just isn't showing. This will be resolved shortly. Maybe someone who is more familiar with tags can answer your tag concern.
