What to delete -
Pro Pics
Professional models or actresses. If the lighting is way too good, they look airbrushed, too well posed, the background scenery is too perfect or staged, then she is probably pro. BUT just because they don't look pro doesn't mean they aren't (self-shots especially).
When in doubt, you can either use Google image search to confirm or pass on the picture and let another mod have a look at it.
Copyrighted Pics
Any pictures that have any sort of text on them, website addresses, or logos/stamps. This includes any type of screen names or e-mail addresses.
Underage Pics
The age minimum is 18 years old... If you aren't sure about the age then just go ahead and delete it anyway. We cant take the chance.
Even if the girls are clothed they STILL have to be 18 or older. If you notice someone that has several of these types of pictures then make an abuse note so that a queue mod can check it and take action is necessary.
Bad Quality Pics
This goes for pics that are too blurry, too dark, too small (375x500 or 500x375 minimum) as well as pictures where you cant even really see much of the girl or anything that's worth voting on.
Extreme Pics
Any pictures showing extreme fetishes (scat, peeing, puke, prolapsed rectums, blood, bestiality, extreme bondage, brutal sex or anything similar) should be rejected.
Cropped and/or censored to obscure copyrights/watermarks
Pics with bars across the top, bottom, sides or anywhere in the middle of the picture should not be accepted, with the exception of the bars covering a face or eyes.
Pics with the watermark entirely cropped (without bar) should also be rejected. Google image search can be used to find the original pics and confirm this.
Webcam Screen Shot Pics
Pics where you can see the actual webcam window around the picture.
Pictures that show mostly the man or men
If the images only show a small portion of the female in the picture, it should be rejected. This goes for male only (or cock only) pictures also.
Multiple Pics in One
If there is more than one picture AS a single picture, it's not acceptable.
Email Addys, Names, & Personal Info on Pics
We don't want any pics of girls with their nicknames, real name, addresses or emails on them. We don't allow people to post contact info of girls, that's just wrong.
Sideways Pics
If it looks like the original picture was turned and you need to turn your head to actually view it properly, then reject it.
Fake Pics
If the images are altered in ways that is not the original image with the exception of cropping/brightening/re-sizing. Examples : photoshopping a different head onto another body, making the women bigger/smaller, taking tops off of a non nude picture and adding breasts to make her nude and so on.
Reposts
This one is something that it would be nice if the pic mods could catch it before the members, but no one is saying that you're required to know every picture in the database.
With the new duplicate script, we happen to find a lot more reposts when moderating pics.
When you find one or more duplicate : check them all and remove all but the oldest one unless one repost has a better quality, way better size or is uncropped compared to the oldest, in which case this is the one to keep.
Cropped picture will not be detected by the script though. If you think you've seen the picture before but duplicate are found, you can use Google image search to find the original pic (if it's been cropped) and reject the pic if it's the case.
Picture categories -
Most of the categories are pretty clear but some need to be explained in detail...
Amateur Porn
Any sex pictures go into this category, that includes any blowjob pics or pussy eating pictures.
Any pictures where girls are masturbating, using toys on themselves or having someone else use toys on them also go into this one (girls who are just spreading their legs only need to go into either bottomless or nude or whatever fits best).
If the picture is of 2 girls and they're doing more than kissing, it needs to go here as well.
All cum pics like facials should go into amateur pics as well.
Bathroom Babes
Any girls that are in the bathroom (bath, tub, shower, toilets). If the girl is just taking a selfshot in the bathroom, put the picture in "Selfshots" instead.
Beach & Bikini Babes
Any girls that are on the beach, on a boat at sea or who's wearing a bikini (even if not at the beach).
Bondage / SM
Any picture where the girl is tied, handcuffed, waxed or with any other accessories indicating a S&M genre.
Bottomless Babes
If a girl has a top on and no pants and/or panties then this is where the pic goes. Even if the girl has thigh-high stockings on but no panties, it's still considered bottomless because you can see her pussy.
Close-ups
Pictures only showing one part of the girl body while also being revealing. This excludes face close-up which should generally go into Non-nude Babes and close-up of porn action which go to Amateur Porn. So, this category concern pussy, ass and boobs close-up.
Non-Nude Babes
Include all pics with fully dressed girl (bikinis and swimsuits are also considered as clothing) that don't suit in other categories. Face only pictures also go there.
Lingerie Babes
Include all pics with panties, bras or piece of lingerie such as garter-belts, nighties etc that don't suit in other categories.
Flashing Babes
Any girls showing off some naked body part(s) that we shouldn't normally see (pussy, boobs, ass) voluntarily or not.
If the girl is only showing some underwear, just put the picture in "lingerie" or "non-nude" according to what she's wearing.
Kissing Babes
If there are 2 girls kissing and they are naked and they are STANDING UP, put them into the Kissing Babes category. However, if 2 girls are kissing and they are naked and LAYING ON TOP OF EACH OTHER then it should go into the Amateur Porn section.
Naked Babes
Any girls not wearing clothing. If the lack of clothes allows you to see all the goodies (boobs, ass/vagoo), or if her lack of clothes would allow you to see her goodies if she weren't covering them with her hands, or strategically placed strands of hair or cameras/flashes, etc. she's naked. Stockings and peripheral pieces of clothing (hats, scarf, etc.) do not count as clothes.
Party Babes
Any pictures where some folks seems to have more fun than usual. Can go from a private party at home to a crowded club or concert. Costume and/or cocktails are good indicators.
See-thru Babe Pictures
Any picture in which some portion of the outfit the woman is wearing is translucent (see-through) and revealing some private parts.
Selfshots
Any picture taken by the girl herself. Can be by the use of a mirror or by directly turning the camera/phone to herself.
Tight Asses
If the main focus of the picture is the girls ass, then it needs to go into the tight asses. Bubble butts, wide asses, grandma booty - it all goes here. If the picture is just focused on the ass but also shows the pussy and it's really really close then don't put it here, it needs to go into the Close-ups section.
Topless babes
Same as bottomless but for girls wearing no top/bra at all.
Webcam Girls
Pictures taken from a webcam. Hints can be the quality of the picture and/or the setting : girl sitting in front of a desk for example.
Self-moderation -
Don't mod your own stuff. It allow another mod to have a second look at it and prevent unfairly bypassing the waiting time for uploads which wouldn't be a good example towards the other uploaders.

Comment Modding
1. All emoticon posts : all posts that consist of only emotions should be deleted.
2. No one word posts : all babe/car/movie comments that consist of only one word should also be deleted.
3. Nasty comments : use of derogatory words toward women, racial slurs, disparaging religious remarks, ethnic slurs, or derogatory comments towards gays should not be permitted.
4. Personal attacks : disliking a photograph or saying what needs improvement on the person IN THE PHOTOGRAPH is ok. But criticizing the poster of the images is tantamount to flaming (which is against WBW rules) and continued criticizing of any one poster in particular should be considered trolling (which is also against WBW rules), and be dealt with accordingly.
5. Emoticon spam : posts with more than 4 emoticons in them should be deleted.
6. Non-english posts : all posts must be in English. Any comment made entirely in a language other than English should be deleted.
7. Advertising : ads or links to a member's own site should be deleted. Also, spamming the gallery with repeated links to favorites, or a particular picture is not permitted.
8. Personal informations : WBW rules state that no personal information is to be posted, and that goes for the comment galleries as well as the forums.
9. Repost/Pro/Link to other pic of the same girl : If you see one of those comments and can do something about it, then act accordingly (delete pic, change category, link pictures) and delete the comment. Else ask a pic mod to do it.
10. Meta-comments : This includes things like commenting on how the galleries are being run, or what kinds/how many pictures are being accepted. The galleries are for commenting on the pictures, not on the babe queue, the moderators actions, the actions of the uploader, etc. So those should be deleted too.
11. Caps : COMMENTS IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS WILL BE DELETED! FUCK YEA! STOP YELLING!
12. Double (or more) posts : It happens that someone double post a comment, in this case, delete one of them. However repeatedly copying and pasting the same comment is spamming the gallery, and is against the rules.
