Ive given up on the community, and i now treat this place for what it is....a porn site. People stopped trying to make friends here along time ago, and when people try.....assholes shit on it.

also agrees with lot of you. especially tino's reason for not contributing that much. it's the same for me. i have settled a long time ago for just moderating. that is one way to contribute to the site, imo.

I used the "" as a substitute for my actual thoughts as ordinarily nothing comes out of these types of threads, and as such I really didn't know how productive it would be for me to opine on the subject, possibly upsetting people while likely not changing anything.

It always seems a few complain and stir the group up for no real reason. As usual I see this as bullshit from some crybabies and really if they do not like it here they can fuck off. I have to agree with Fe, sick of these threads. They serve no one and do not help our image or this site. Most of us are experieced mods and have made some mistakes but do a good job or this site or it wouldn't be what it is. As for the old days, I miss some of the old members but without change you don't grow and get better. So in my opinion we were given a job to mod our forums with our judgements as we see fit and backed up by our leadership. So lets just move on and do a better job and there will always be the crybabies so lets kick them to the curb.

I think many of us oldtimers has a time out for different reasons and noobs are not as cool as we ware once.
WBW is so big now so its impossible to be extreamly fair, shit happens of course. They just have to deal with.

It is always the same dumbasses doing this crap and when they get their hand smacked, they cry foul and we are the bad guys. WBW has rules that we govern and they will have to accept it like we did when we were the noobs.

yes, hmmm. i think we all know and agree that everything isn't right at the forum just now. some changes might be in order, but what would they be ??

I think one way we can help fix this is for US to become friends with the members...and not isolate ourself so much from them, i know i tend to do that alot

I took some risks and tried to befriend people before, and in turn it helped them speak up and be noticed and become worthwhile members. Nothing wrong with having e-friends..

i think mods have drawn away from members and treat them as if theyre not equal

and ok we all know that we're much more involved than any of them will be when it comes to a lot of things in a lot of ways

but we really need to post with members, talk with members, try to be nice unless they really deserve the shittyness... and if they deserve it then ill defend it for anyone just like i always have. otherwise we should befriend them to a certain degree
