Knowing the rock and the hard place Diz has been in for the past few years, i see what has knocked the wind out of him, and what keeps him from having a more active role and being more in touch with this community.

I wish i had more time, to be on here as well, and i salute you hardcore true WBW believers who put their hearts and soul into this Place and scourge this forum on a daily basis.

i hope Bangles and that canadian scarf wearing dude are willing to start a dialogue with diz, because i'm sure this is not either side wants...

First off, sorry for the delayed post, I wasn't just being sexy and dramatic. I'm having a family thing, and I've been cleaning the house and all sorts of shit. I called Fefe the other day to work shit out a little, and even then all I did was talk at her while trying to load a steam cleaner into my car. So again, sorry about that.

I've been trying to stay in touch with Bangles and Lindros and let them know that I've been busy. In fact tonight, up until about 11:30pm the power had gone out, or I would have been around sooner.

Like Bangles said, I totally look forward to a group chat, when can we get down on that?

Also, I'm honestly kinda touched, I didn't think people did actually care that much if I was around. I don't feel as much like the red shirted guy anymore, I mean..in the credits, I would probably have a last name and everything.

Seriously, that was some nice stuff guys, I appreciate it, and a lot of thing have been covered, this looks like it could be an excellent change for the better around here, I'm really looking forward to the group chat.

Unless I already missed it. That would be pretty lame, but I would have nobody to blame but my uncle. A little tumble down the stairs will fix his wagon. Keep me posted guys.

There should be site wide basic rules, maybe a good idea to create a system 3 strikes out? or something like it.

We sort of already have a "3 strikes and you're out rule". (except it's actually 4 strikes) The problem is that no one seems to take it seriously, and then they get all bent out of shape after the 4th violation because we actually did something. That's pretty much exactly what happened with SydneySinbad (except Sydney probably had more like 7 "official" warnings) Bangles did make suggestion for a better system, and everyone that commented was positive about it.

I agree. We should have a set of rules-warnings.

I also am not opposed to giving sponsor members more lee-way (maybe more strikes?) than non-sponsors, for obvious reasons.

What Bangles suggested would give everyone at least 5 strikes, that's more than generous IMO, sponsor or not. But now that we have the ability to remove upload/posting rights, permanently removing rights seems like it could be a better option in most cases anyway compared to a ban.

I am going to read into the "link" that was given and comment later on.

Read the suggestion of Bang, it sounds good. Think we should keep it as basic and simple as that. Maybe even add "predefined" private messages for the basic rule braking a mod can choice to. So we don't have to type every basic massage again.

Great idea. I usually cut and paste warning pms but it would be even better to simply select them from a list.

My PMs are also very formulaic.

But yeah, it would be nice to have a standardized PM system.

This is a really good idea Diz... And it would fit in with Bangles 5 tier warning system. You could have a predefined pm for each breach of each level.
