Best overall game for me would be The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time; Master Quest edition.

Next to that, I'd have to go with either GTA: Vice City, or San Andreas

Rainbow 6 Rogue Spear and all those extra missions ruled! Haven't played since then and hadn't had any games since Atari 2600 before then.
