WBW Workout Challenge.

So, for the second day (like, a week later)
Wk1D2:
PU- 65 total. 27 in the final set.
SU- 39 total. 20 in the final set.
Sq- Meh, I can do 200 squats.

Hmmm... either I'm doing this wrong, or incremental goals are unrealistic. I did ~15% more push ups in each of the first 4 sets compared to last time, as per the chart, but I was unable meet the "minimum" for the final set. Overall, I did 10% more PU than last time, but they expect more.... really? more than a 10% increase in performance every 2 days?

PU 25/29/25/25/ max 35 (139 total)

SU ... maybe tomorrow, my abs are still recovering.

I dropped a sheet of drywall on my foot today..so I didn't do squats


68 push ups.

50 sit ups..

my body hurts pretty bad though bros.

ha. pretty sure it's hate. ^^ and heh, don't think i can physically build the same muscle you guys can. ill get a little bigger and a hell of a lot tighter, harder, and toned, but wont get vein-y or massive haha. wouldn't that be a sight. that aside, sorry for the delay, here are W1 D2 posts:

tomorrow is W1 D3 but i'm nowhere near recovered from D2 so might bump it to thurs, and W2 D1 to sat, then continue W2 D2 on monday proper... assume i don't fall and never get up cant i cant use my stomach arms or legs before then.

this sucks. haha

I started the pushups routine before ... but 2 weeks on, my shoulder started feeling a bit funny so i dropped the routine.

Think I might give it another go now. Will start at some point this week, heh.

I've stopped posting. lol Still working out though. Cause I'm crazy buff. When I flex mah chest, the break in the sound barrier just blows the clothes off of the fine ladies.

I didn't believe him...then he flexed in my direction while we were on the phone, and I heard a sonic boom.

I've been doing 100 push ups a day..and 200 sit ups...not in a row.

Squats are gay and I'm not doing them whateves. lol

I've been staying strong for the most part..at least some activity each day...usually a real work out every other.

I hear Bangles has been jogging...now I'm not trying to say that jogging is for chicks...but.

I run.
It's just running slower than most people associate with, well... moving faster than walking.

Also, exercise sucks ass. This was a terrible thread idea...
