So, for the second day (like, a week later)
Wk1D2:
PU- 65 total. 27 in the final set.
SU- 39 total. 20 in the final set.
Sq- Meh, I can do 200 squats.
I dropped a sheet of drywall on my foot today..so I didn't do squats
68 push ups.
50 sit ups..
my body hurts pretty bad though bros.
W2 D1:
PU- 9/11/8/8/ max 16
SU- 14/17/12/12/ max 25
SQ- 13/15/11/11/ max 23
next is monday
I started the pushups routine before ... but 2 weeks on, my shoulder started feeling a bit funny so i dropped the routine.
Think I might give it another go now. Will start at some point this week, heh.
W2 D2:
PU- 10/12/9/9 max:20
SU- 15/18/14/14 max: 28
SQ- 13/16/13/13 max: 23

Also, exercise sucks ass. This was a terrible thread idea...
