WBW Workout Challenge.

So, here's the deal,
Honda, EL, and myself (and H.G.M., once she realizes that she has to do this) are establishing the WBW Workout Challenge.

It's really simple, all you have to do is follow the work out instructions on these three sites:

And post your results for each day here, in this thread. And be honest about it, you jerks.
The three (4) of us are going to contribute to this thread as we progress along the course of the challenge, and we'd much appreciate it if you joined us for the journey.

Who knows, some of the people that participate with us might win some cool prizes and stuff.

Just, you know, throwing that one out there.

This is where it gets embarrassing for me.

(At least until I go and complete the challenges, and then I can be all like "Check out mah improvement, bitches!" )

Excuses aside, I pretty much failed both the push up and the sit up tests (13 push ups, and 10 real sit ups)
However, I stopped doing the squats at 75 just because I have to do Day 1 later tonight for all three, and the max for the initial test is 49. So, I didn't see a reason to screw over my Day 1 for the squats by maxing out on the initial test.

My plan for the sit ups, is to do real sit ups until I can no longer do them, and then switch to crunches if I need to. Since, I need to actually do real sit ups, and not crunches.

So, for Initial Tests:
PU- 13
SU- 10
Sq- 75

Day 1 to come later.

I told bangles I'm not doing the squats, because I workout my legs like 4-5 times a week when I'm doing my cardio stuff, and I hate dragging ass at that because my quads are on fire from doing squats.

But I'm down for the other stuff.

kinda with you, EL... running is gunna be a bitch while doing squats, but i'm down for it all... it is supposed to be really crappy weather here the next two weeks, so hopefully i work up to the muscles before i'm getting into my full blown running routine for spring/summer

But, I really only have full use of one arm (as I posted last year) and no sit-ups due to back injuries years ago. (broken in the service of my country)

BUT, I can do modified squats And I will.

So my Day 1 workout is done:

Totals:
Push Ups Final Set: 10, 46 Total.
Sit-Ups Final Set: 16, 32 Total.
Squats Final Set: 140, 221 Total.

It kinda sucks, because I feel like I still have a few more Push Ups and Sit-Ups left in me- but wasn't able to get to them before collapsing... As for the squats- I just kinda stopped after a bit. Was losing my form a tiny bit, so meh. No where near collapse though...

So. initial tests:

Push Ups: 15
Sit Ups (more like crunches, wasn't going up to my knees): 34
Squats: 77

i feel like i could've done at least a few more of each, but like bangles said, my form was getting a little poor...

I did 61 push ups.

Bangles and I were playing MW2 together, and he was all "fuck this, Imma get ripped." So he took off to do his fitness thing, then he's all "sup bro, do those fucking things because I'm the "bawss"...

So now I'm going to go do the rest....leaving awesome funtimes MW2 to just play it self or something. My back hurts, and I don't wanna do situps, because I've been in a chair all day pwning newbs. But I will, because I'm hardcore. Also, how much weight are you guys doing squats with?

So, I'll brb with that jazz.

I did like, 39..1/2 sit ups. It's 1:44am..I seriously..I just can't man.

I did 5 squats with like 90lbs. Tomorrow man. I'm full of water and hot pockets (we had no food and I had to stop at a gas station to get dinner, don't judge the hot pockets.)

Oh man, the pushups weren't so bad, but without mah ab lounge, the situps are hard on the back.

I'll do more tomorrow...god damn you guys.

Also, now my super badass "R3DONKULOUS" shirt has cat hair on it. That's on your head Bangles.

haha and weights, Honda? :P naww I'm a weakling, starting off with nothing.

plus my knees are all messed up from my acl/mcl surgery a few years back, so i'm going to start off babying them. I can basically feel the individual ligaments stretching every time i go down into a squat... pretty darn uncomfortable. hah

...my dog gets super excited when i start working out in the house. he was throwing his paws at me boxing style while i was doing the push ups and sit ups, and he thought it'd be a good idea to try to lay directly underneath me while doing push ups. haha it's quite the interference.

i can do 100 push ups with the whole dutchy team on my back
i can do 200 situps with doing my fingernails
and finally i can do 200 squats with 125 kg hanging on my penus

I'll join in, don't know if I can update every single day but the 100 push ups I can already do. Never tried doin 200 sits up at once (as I don't usually do regular sit ups) and I don't do squats either. So we'll see how those other 2 go. I just woke up so after I fully wake up I'll give it a shot and I'll post back later.
