I told bangles I'm not doing the squats, because I workout my legs like 4-5 times a week when I'm doing my cardio stuff, and I hate dragging ass at that because my quads are on fire from doing squats.
But I'm down for the other stuff.

kinda with you, EL... running is gunna be a bitch while doing squats, but i'm down for it all... it is supposed to be really crappy weather here the next two weeks, so hopefully i work up to the muscles before i'm getting into my full blown running routine for spring/summer
I haven't started the day one yet. I just did 20 again a few minutes ago.
I recommend creating an account there, it's free and you get to input each day's workout results and then you can track your progress rather easily.
So. initial tests:
Push Ups: 15
Sit Ups (more like crunches, wasn't going up to my knees): 34
Squats: 77
i feel like i could've done at least a few more of each, but like bangles said, my form was getting a little poor...

I did 61 push ups.
Bangles and I were playing MW2 together, and he was all "fuck this, Imma get ripped." So he took off to do his fitness thing, then he's all "sup bro, do those fucking things because I'm the "bawss"...
So now I'm going to go do the rest....leaving awesome funtimes MW2 to just play it self or something. My back hurts, and I don't wanna do situps, because I've been in a chair all day pwning newbs. But I will, because I'm hardcore. Also, how much weight are you guys doing squats with?

pfff what a competition!
i can do 100 push ups with the whole dutchy team on my back
i can do 200 situps with doing my fingernails
and finally i can do 200 squats with 125 kg hanging on my penus
I'll join in, don't know if I can update every single day but the 100 push ups I can already do. Never tried doin 200 sits up at once (as I don't usually do regular sit ups) and I don't do squats either. So we'll see how those other 2 go. I just woke up so after I fully wake up I'll give it a shot and I'll post back later.
