Based on initial test, I started at Wk4 Day3 for Push-Ups, and Wk3 Day1 for Sit Ups. I'm going to forgo the squats as I'm much more interested in upper body strength, and also to give myself a better chance of staying motivated to complete the first two.
Push Ups: 123 Total, Final Set: 31
Sit-Ups: 117 Total, Final Set: 27
Are we doing these pushups in a row, becuase I assumed that for some reason.
If we're allowed to do sets, I'm going to tear the roof of this motha.
Initial Tests:
PU- 14
SU- 12
Sq- 42
I haven't done a proper push-up since last October when I managed to tear something in my shoulder, and although I used to run and cycle, I haven't done anything like that since the shoulder injury either. My level of fitness shocked my, although frankly I don't know why it should.
I'll start Day 1 properly after Darling has finished the UK budget.
Yeah, I actually have had to take a break to recuperate cause doing the squats kinda wrecked me.
I want to do all three at the same time, which also means that I had to stop doing the other challenges.
But, I'll hit them up later tonight, or tomorrow, I think. Once I can walk up and down stairs. lol
@swiss- Yeah, I've been doing real sit-ups also. Crunches just seem... meh.
And yeah, squats are weird...
Though I'm beginning to seriously despise Bangles for making me do this... today was my "day 1" For the push ups IT I did 11 but due to soreness for my recovery days still pretty bad i opted to go with the middle column instead of the 3rd and it seems to be pushing me well. Anyways W1 D1 results:
PU- 6/6/4/4 max 8
SU- 9/9/6/6 max 10
SQ- 8/8/5/5/ max 20
d2 for me is monday as im doing mon. wed. fri but fri being day 1. so i guess ill see you all then? haha ^^

I'm gonna try and finish day 3 tomorrow so I can actually get my weeks more lined up with the calendar week.
