Ok, with all the crap going on with Charlie Sheen, love him, or hate him...
1 - can he be replaced, and would the show still be a hit?
2 - who do you think could replace him?
3 - would CBS be better off just continuing the show without him, and not replacing him, and just see what happens?
4 - do you think all the crap lately is just hype and a publicity stunt?
I could go on all day with this but I won't...
So what do you think, any thoughts?
He's done ... he made some pretty bad comments towards the producers of the show. The show will end, but maybe they will try to finish this season without him somehow. I bet they'll probably just show repeats in the time slot. They (CBS) have 8 years in the bag already ... plenty of money to be made off of syndication.
I've never really liked him, so I didn't watch the show. I guess he was alright in Major League, but horseshit in everything else I saw him in.
@ horni - I agree, he has made some really bad remarks to the producers of the show, but, on the other had, supposedly, the producers have made some pretty bad remarks to Charlie also, none of which I have heard, and the interviews I've seen from Charlie, he hasn't elaborated on them...
@ SP - I've heard the rumors about John Stamos replacing him, I think they would be better off either, continuing the show without Charlie, just writing him out of the script, or canceling the show. I don't think after 8 seasons Charlie can be replaced by anyone, and still have the show be as successful as it has been...
For the record, I like Charlie and pretty much everything he has been in, be it movies or tv...
Charlie's ready
they're not
brriiinng it
I think they should replace the whole show with charlie brown reruns

Well, there was supposed to be 8 episodes left, they have cancelled 4 of those. So if they finish it, they better get at it soon.
What shall we bet? Hmmm.
I love the show and it's sad that Charlie has become a bit of a monster, He can be replaced.
My prediction:
1) The show is finished, they won't try to make it work without him.
2) Charles Sheen will continue to be a douche bag (but also a successful actor)
