Notech is rarely on, on the weekends...I think he has monk things to do or something. If you see him, let him know I'm working on an avatar for him.

I dunno, I think if you slice it thin, spam 's just as good out of the microwave as it is from the crock pot.

I prefer it sliced medium and fried in the skillet...
