I haven't been watching the news so I've no idea whats going on...

It's hard to get into details without knowing how our system works, but basically we have 4 parties and 3 of the parties joined forces to push a vote of contempt of government through. The closest thing you'd have to it is Impeachment...but it's not quite the same. Basically they have forced an election to happen...our 3rd in 7 years.

Just what we needed, a vote of non confidence in our government as the economy is starting to turn around and a 400 million dollar election. And to top it off the guys who pushed the election are 15 points behind in the polls, and only 5 weeks to make it up....not gonna happen.

Elections suck

I love voting, it's the one time I feel like I can make a difference, but this is a needless, pointless, power grabbing, waste of money.

Everyone I've interviewed today is pissed off....whether the support the current government or the other guys.
