I second the maturity requirements mentioned by TheItch. If you don't talk about all the possibilities of what might happen or what you might feel AFTER, the unanticipated can ruin the friendship. But I think if you are both very clear in your understanding of what is to happen, then it could be alright.

But I also second the comments about your enjoyment. This seems like something that will satisfy him much more than you. If this is something that you are going into as friends, where is your service-with-a-smile? I've done it before and we were suppose to be friends with benefits. It lasted for six months before we ended it, heres the thing she only wanted friends with benefits, but we started getting closer and it was to much for her to handle. Its a very tough call, cause with sex and a person more then once it becomes to hard not to get involved more then that. We really don't talk at all anymore also

Introducing sex into the relationship almost certainly will change things. In my experience, sex leads to more sex, and it seems to me your intentions are that this would be a one-time thing. That would be hard to do. Just be aware, that you're moving into a risky arena.

Friends with benefits can work but you both have to understand the rules right off the bat. A) It's just sex. Ya'll can have all the sex you want but a physical attraction doesn't mean an emotional attraction. B) As soon as one of you starts to date someone, it stops. No being jealous or trying to hook up when you're both not single. It's not impossible. I've done it for a few years now with one of my girl friends. When we're both single, we'll get drunk and hook up. No biggie. We don't have any interest in a relationship, just sex. We still can hang out. I have met her boyfriends and she's met my girlfriends. We don't mention to them the fact that we've fucked but it's not really that wierd.

The friends with benefits rules sheet works really good and its all up front that its just sex and nothing more. It works great I know this since I currently have 2 females that are friends with benefits, both know that its just sex and nothing more.

Well, if you can't have sex with friends...I have/had a lot of sex from my men friends. The catch is not to get romantically attached. lol honestly, when I read this, I immediately thought of a few of my close friends, and am probably going to try this technique with some of them! For some reason I find it really appealing!

If you want to, it's only head. If you can both be mature about it, there's nothing wrong with it, like another guy said, it'll only be something else for you two to joke about. The only thing I would suggest is making sure before anything happens both of your intentions and that it's a no strings attached type of situation, if that's how you want it. Just make everything clear to both parties.

Friends with benefits is much different than having sex with friends. It's all about expectations and prior relationships. If you've been friends for awhile and then decide to have sex together, it will change your relationship. How much? i've done it a few times and MOST of them were no big deal. one girl i am no longer friends with because she expected more than jsut a one time thing.
