scariest movie character

maybe this should go in the movie thread, but i figured toss it in the lounge, get some discussion going

That Damn thing from Jeepers Creepers. Scared the freaking shit outta me. (And most of those others give me a chuckle)

the girl on the tv in the ring really freaked me out, i like regular scary people, i feel like atleast you can fight them or whatever, i dunno

The Alien from the movie series Alien was one scary assed critter.

most horror movies i laugh my way through, and/or just walk out of the movie theater. i have yet to see a horror movie that made me lose sleep.

any movie that has anything with little kids. they freak me out

How could you forget Leatherface from Texas Chainsaw Massacre?

I think Hannibal....a smart, seemingly caring man that enjoys slowly torturing his victims to death and then eating them....bad news.

the exorcist girl, mainly because i first saw that movie when i was a little kid. But i thought Silence of the Lambs was the best made movie of the bunch, great movie.

I must say Freddy Krueger. We watched Elm street movies with my mate when we were kids, and those un-human screams and metal voices with freddy's face left some freaky shit on our minds! Freddy is the true-evil still today.

I find almost all horror movies humorous so I don't really find the characters scary. But scary situations would be something like that in "Saw" or "Cube" that would freak me out.

Never actually been that terrified of any character in a movie that I can remember. I'll get back to this thread after thinking about it.

Hannibal Lector for me because there are real people like him in the real world

arachno-fucking-phobia! Not that scary now, but I shit it when I first watched that when I was about 7, had to make my mum check the whole of my room for spiders. Jaws is the reason I have a fear of the water. And the kid in the grudge terrified me in the cinema, but watching it on DVD now cant see what all the fuss was about! Still tho........brrrrrrrrr!
