How bad did Ward OWN Anthony Hall on that 70 yd catch (30 of which he beat Hall with only ONE shoe!!!)

And HEY... I can finaly say the fuckin Raiders won. Looks like our first 1-15 in a few decades. We beat the Cards, who almost beat the Bears. That tells me one thing... any given Sunday ANY team can suck just as bad as the Raiders!!!

So Drew gets the hook, Plummer cant be far behind. McNair hasnt won anyone over in Baltimore yet. Raiders are still holding the lease on the cellar, even if they did manage to beat a very lackluster Arizona team. Manning and company are going to be facing their toughest opponent of the year in Denver. Seattle and Pitt both have to be shaking their collective heads at last weekends injuries to their QB's. Shawn Alexander is till out for another week or two; about a week or two too long for their taste. Chad Johnsons celebration to endzone ratio is falling further and further behind. Houston has a pretty damn good passing game, but cant get any other aspect of their game clicking. Miami cant figure out where Culpepper placed his cape (hint... get Moss to go to Miami and the cape will follow. Neither player has had any success per say since parting company with the other.) Does anyone really know what kind of team San Deigo really is? Or Minnesota for that matter? Chad Pennington is doing a pretty damn good job up in NY/NJ, too bad you cant say the same for their running game. Edgerrin James has been rumored to be walking the streets of Tempe mumbling about an offensive line and the good ole days.

Okay... theres my rants and bitches for this hour thus far.

Tell me about it! Both of those quarterbacks were in my fantasy league! Plus I'm a Seattle fan so Alexander being out has been painful. Things are not looking good for Seattle at this point.

What do you guys think about Merriman <sp> being busted for roids? Guess that gives us the answer to 'why wasn't he very good in college?'......cause he couldn't afford the roids!!

How much you wanna bet coach Fox has his ENTIRE team working on "Catching" drills tomorrow? 6 dropped passes in the second half, all of which were for first downs, and all of which turned out to either be a drive killer, or the cause of the next forced play. Unreal. If I was coach Fox or even Delhomme... I would have been chewing their ass all night long. NO excuse for that kinda lack of focus.

Ya, forgot about that game. Sheesh, you think that if you pay a guy 2 Huge a year, he could catch a damn football from time to time. I just read an article about Randy Moss dropping passes as well. This is undoubtedly Randy's last year in Oakland, Im suprised they didnt trade him yet, but he has to know that he is playing for the potential of landing on a decent team next season. As the Raiders wont be a decent team next year either... he as well as all the previously mentioned WR's should take a note. Next years draft class doesnt offer up much in the way of QB talent, near as I can tell, but there are a few decent WR coming out. Rookies are cheaper than vets who cant focus long enough to catch a 13 yd pass.

Maybe Jerry Rice can start a weekly clinic on how catching skills. The teams could farm out their players every Thursday to attend classes.

Seattle hung in there against KC. We just couldn't stop LJ no matter what! I was very impressed by what I saw from Wallace. Yeah he made a few bad throws but for the most part was very good. I think once Alexander comes back, Wallace will get even better.

There was one pass where Darrel Jackson put a double move on Ty Law and made him fall down. Wallace threw a wobbler that Jackson actually had to stop and wait for, then just stroll into the endzone....I loved it.

I mentioned in my last Rant and Bitch session... about "who knows what kind of team the Vikings are"... well, I think we can see now. New England is a good team. Nay, I say a great team. Not sure if they are as good as the Colts, but still, they are a good team. Brady is no Manning. Manning, realize it or dont, shed a good part of that monkey off his back by blasting the utter fuck out of Denver. They had allowed 2... ya, TWO count them... one... then two... touchdowns ALL year. Manning hung 3, three, trey, one plus two, in their ass in TWO FUCKIN QUARTERS!!!! He missed, get this... he missed ONLY SEVEN PASSES in the ENTIRE game!!! 32-39. Not too fuckin bad. He has only tossed 2... ya, countem... two... one plus one..., passes that the other team caught!!!

Canton waits for Peyton. That monkey on his back is getting nervous as fuck. Dungy is one of the greatest coaches in the NFL in the past decade...and arguments can be made forever.

Okay... just had to toss that fodder up for you fellas. Light me up, what have ya got??

AFC: Colts, Patriots and maybe Broncos

NFC: Bears, Saints, Giants and maybe the Cowboys.

The NFC is, has been, and will be inferior.

yeah... maybe Broncs ... That was really depressing yesterday. The friggin Colts have had our number toooo many times the last few years (read Manning years).

Manning is one of the best, if not the best, QB of all time. He WILL win the Super Bowl. He's definitely not the old school tough guy QB.. he's the new Lance Armstrong, student-of-the-game QB. Just a master at finding and exploiting a weakness.

Personally I like Plumber... seems to be able to play to the necessity. Not Elway.... of course

Next week, in Pittsburgh, will be telling for Denver.

I agree. I think he can sit alongside Montana, Young, Favre, his father, Marino and several others. Look at his numbers!! His team has only been in that "chocking" potential the past 3 years. That being said... WATCH OUT KIDS... He has a fire in his eyes and a god in his heart... two INTs all year. He's not certain how to miss...

32 of 39 for 345.... not even close to a sack or a pic. Wayne and Clark found the spots and Harrison tied up Bailey. I absolutely LOVE (except when he's playing the Broncos) to watch this guy. The way he KNOWS his opposing players and where they are going to be. It was friggin loud in Mi High yesterday, too and he STILL pulled the calls. But when you pick the weakness and never stop how often do you have to change........

I had a damn migraine at the end of the game... you could just feel the loss coming. Especially (of course) after Shanahan decided to go for the field goal. Nice kick though

Oh well... second guessed either way unless we had won.
