The depression one makes sense here though. Depression has to do with a chemical imbalance in your brain. Masturbation, especially cumming release specific hormones and endorphins that counteract the feelings of despair and saddness.

That's why it's understandable that there are some people that are battling depression.

No, the complete opposite. The chemicals that are released counteract those that bring on the feelings of saddness; it brings a "happy" feeling(no pun intended)
