If I was you I wouldn't be too worried or working on your weight. I'd be workin on gettin rid of that crazy ass serial killer glare you've got goin on. No offense, all in good fun.

Actually, spoken from the guy who lost 80 lbs, fat makes you more buoyant. I think it has something to do with fat density versus muscle and whatnot.

Still very funny though, even though I killed it.

None taken, Swiss. Lulz. She was a bit of a psycho and loved that look. Once, when she got really drunk, she told me "fuck me till I bleed, fuck me like I deserve"... Now, I can understand getting comfortable enough with someone that you share that kind of thing, but really? She passed out after that.

There are more and more fat people than years ago. So they think that they are normal.
The population just thinks something is normal if it is uncommon...

So long as she doesn't go all "Marla Singer" on you and roll out of bed after a good hump and say "I haven't been fucked like that since grade school."

In the alternate scenes she uses the line, "I want you to have my abortion"

Not all of us fat ppl eat all the time. I'm overweight and I only eat once a day. Twice a day maybe twice a week. So because someone is fat doesn't mean that they eat all the time.

I hope so, it's a good feeling..

I don't want to derail this thread...but let me know how its going in the spam thread from time to time.

You should start the thread man...

I just saw this 100 push up bit. I'm sorry I missed it the first time around. I just did a test,
I did fairly well but I have to consider that I did 1 1/2 hr of yoga from the p90x program. I'm a bit
torn because I don't want to mess up the muscle confusion or fiber growth.

Although, I will put parts of this in to my days. I'm interested in to see how this will work out.

There is a simple formula to loosing weight. Eat less, move more.
Or eat SMALL amounts often.(graze lightly folks)(not on chips and bon-bons.)

I too am disappointed in the content in the physicality of the world, especially Americans.

Many comedians say this, but Dennis Leary comes to mind (paraphrasing): The day I wake up and can't see my dick, I stop eating.

I'm sorry fat people don't know when to stop eating, despite the horrible condition they are in which their doctors tell them about repeatedly. But not sorry enough to give my tax dollars to it. Put the damn cheeseburger down.

That being said, I'm glad I'm not fat. It means I can eat pizza without crying.

A lot of people can eat pizza without crying. Fat people, obviously.

Eating once a day is not healthy either. Humans have evolved from a nomadic people that moved around, foraging and eating constantly. We are not built to glutton ourselves once a day. Genetics aside, eating smaller portions more often makes a huge difference.

That aside, I saw an article, almost a white paper, on a guy who used himself as a guinea pig in weight management experiments for years. Turns out, eating a piece of fruit when he is genuinely hungry (not just thirsty) took 20lbs off this guy, and hes kept it off. No other real change in the diet, eating normal meals, but snacking on fruit to curb his appetite once or twice a day. The natural sugars do the trick I guess.
